Jose Guadalupe Ponce Ponce stepped on a landmine and lost his right leg when he was only 9 years old. He was picking coffee with his father in El Paraiso, Honduras when the accident happened. His father had to carry his son to the nearest hospital. Now Jose works for the Loteria Menor de Honduras and is saving money in order to finish high school and eventually go to college. He would like a small grant in order to expand his business and increase sales.
